OneAxis / For agents
For agents and agencies
Keep your tools. OneAxis is the layer on top.
Your CRM stays where your agency works. OneAxis adds the live project on top: who’s serious and why, Pocket on every agent’s phone, and tracked links that credit each agent. Rex, VaultRE and Reapit Sales connect after a live test with your account. Others connect through Zapier, or we build it with you.
Every agent is included. No seats.

How OneAxis fits your stack
5 of your 6 tools connect, after a live test. 1 we build with you.
Connects
- RexNew buyers who agreed to be contacted, their enquiries, calls and visits go to your CRM, and opt-outs go both ways. Browsing and scores stay in OneAxis.
- realestate.com.auTracked links on every listing; enquiry emails land on the buyer’s record with their source.
- DomainTracked links on every listing; enquiry emails land on the buyer’s record with their source.
- DocuSignReservation agreements, heads of agreement, variations and tenancies.
- WhatsAppApproved templates out, replies onto the record. A person presses Send.
On request
- PropertyMeSigned tenancies and the owner’s details handed to your property managers, so your team can offer to manage it.
On top, either way
The live project for every buyer, Pocket on every agent’s phone, tracked links that credit each agent, and your agency’s home across the projects developers share with you.
What your agency gets
What your agency gets. Ready now, and built with you.

Your agency’s home
Every project you work, in one place.
The projects each developer shares with your agency, sale and lease side by side, with what needs a person today.
Ready for a pilotPocket
The right buyer first.
Who to call and why, a brief before each call, drafts your agents read and send themselves, and one-tap outcomes.
Ready for a pilotCredit and commission
Every buyer credited to the agent who brought them.
Tracked links for each agent, agency holds, and commission recorded and approved for each sale. Payment happens outside OneAxis.
Ready for a pilotRooms
A shortlist your buyer keeps.

Built with youThe investor view
Yield, not just floor plans.
Rent from your own property managers’ appraisal, and the building coloured by yield, built with you. Each home can already show the developer’s rent and gross yield. Always estimates.
Built with youPitch previews
Win the next mandate.
With the developer’s permission, the plans they share for the pitch, live and private. Win it and it goes live once they sign off. Don’t, and it’s deleted.
Built with you
The investor view
Investors see yield, not just floor plans. On each home now. Across the building, with you.
Each home can show the developer’s weekly rent and the gross yield on the live price, as an estimate the buyer can change, once the developer switches it on. Rent from your own property managers’ appraisal, and the whole building coloured by yield as in this design, we build with your agency.

Status
Each home shows the developer’s weekly rent and yield once the developer switches it on. The building coloured by yield, with an agency’s own appraisal, is built with our first agencies.
Aster Residences is a sample project. Every number on this stack is sample data, and the investor figures come from a sample rental appraisal. Buyers never see who else is looking; only your team does.
After the sale
From off the plan to the rent roll. Keep the client at every stage.
- 01
Sell it off the plan
Pocket, tracked links, holds and deposits into the project’s trust account.
Ready for a pilot - 02
Settle it
Settlement risk with its reasons, and updates from the purchaser’s side.
Ready for a pilot - 03
Lease it up
Investors ask you to lease it from their portal and sign your agency agreement. The listing, applications, checks and lease sit in one place.
Built with you - 04
Hand it to your property managers
The tenancy and the owner’s details go to PropertyMe, PropertyTree or Reapit PM, so your team can offer to manage it.
On request - 05
Sell it again
Owners ask for an appraisal from their portal. It comes to your agency when the developer agrees.
Ready for a pilot
Every investor who settles is a management client to win. Every owner is a future listing. OneAxis never manages the property: your team and your software do.
On the phone
Pocket for agents. A link for buyers.
Agents work from Pocket: who to call first and why, a brief before each call, and drafts they read and send themselves. Buyers never need an app. They open a link, and their shortlist is there when they come back.
- ReadyPocket installs from the browser to the home screen, with notifications for new enquiries and returning buyers.
- Built with youPocket in the App Store and Google Play: more dependable notifications on iPhone, sharing a contact or listing straight into OneAxis, and a home-screen widget with today’s number of calls, never a name.
- Built with youRooms for buyers and investors, across your projects.

Rules we keep with agencies
Support, never a threat. Clear on who sees what.
- We never contact your buyers on our own.OneAxis drafts and your agent sends. It only sends what a buyer asked for, like a booking confirmation.
- Never a marketplace.Your buyers are never shown to another agency, and there is no board where agencies compete.
- Each developer decides what you see.On their project, the developer chooses what your agency can see and do, and can change it.
- The AI sees ids and numbers, never a buyer’s name.Names go back in only for the people allowed to see them.
- We never hold money or manage property.Deposits go to the project’s trust account. Property management stays with your team.
- Your agency’s records stay yours.Never sold, and exported for you whenever you ask.
Questions agents ask
Do we have to leave our CRM?
No. Your CRM stays where your agency works. OneAxis connects directly to Rex, VaultRE and Reapit Sales, and to others through Zapier or our API, each switched on with your own account after a live test. Then new buyers who agreed to be contacted, their enquiries, calls and visits go to your CRM, so nobody types anything twice. A direct connection to any other CRM is on request.
We use eSales. Does it work?
eSales is Century 21’s own CRM, and a connection is on request: we would build it with your office and say how long first. Until then, Pocket, tracked links and your agency’s home work without it.
Who owns the buyers?
Your agency’s own contacts stay in your CRM, and OneAxis never sells them or shows them to another agency. On a developer’s project, the developer decides what your agency sees and which agent gets each enquiry, and can change that. A buyer agreeing to hear from your agency about your other projects is built with our first agencies. Until then, a buyer’s consent stays with the project they gave it on.
Is there an app for agents?
Pocket installs from the browser to an agent’s home screen today, with notifications. Pocket in the App Store and Google Play comes with our first agencies. Buyers never need an app: they open a link.
Can we use it for rentals?
For leasing up new buildings and shops, yes: listings, applications, checks and leases in one place. After the lease is signed, property management stays with your team and your software. A direct hand-over to PropertyMe, PropertyTree or Reapit PM is on request.
Do you contact our buyers?
Never on our own. OneAxis drafts and your agent sends. The only messages it sends by itself are ones the buyer asked for, like a booking confirmation or a hold receipt.
What does it cost an agency?
Every agent is included: there are no seats. We agree terms with each agency, in writing, before anything starts.
How we start with an agency
One project you sell for a developer. Then we build the rest with you.
01With your developer
One project you sell now
Pick a project you already sell for a developer. With their agreement, we set it up from their price list and plans, and share it with your agency.
02Done with you
Your agents on Pocket
Installed from the browser. If you run Rex, VaultRE or Reapit Sales, it connects after a live test with your own account.
03Built with you
The rest, shaped by your team
Projects you bring yourselves, Rooms, the investor view and lease-up. You see each piece working before your buyers do.
Show us how your agency works, and we’ll show you OneAxis on top of it.
- Every agent is included. No seats.
- Your CRM stays. Where it connects, every call and visit goes back to it.
- We never contact your buyers on our own.
